If your order from Monday to Friday before 5 p.m., we ship your package the same day with PostNL. If you ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the next working day. This only applies to orders in the Netherlands. Delivery times are longer when you order outside of the Netherlands.

Once you have received your package, you have 14 days to return the package to us. You must complete the return form online so that we can process your return as soon as possible. You can expect confirmation of cancellation within 7 days. Together with this e-mail, the refund is immediately prepared in our system. Sale can only be exchanged for a different size, different item or an online credit code. The return of sale items is done in the same way as normal items.
